Connect Microsoft 365 (work or school)
One click: sign in with Microsoft. Aston Link sends and reads through Microsoft's own mail service, so nothing has to be switched on in your mailbox (no SMTP or IMAP settings). If your organisation lets only its IT admin approve apps, they approve Aston Link once.
Steps
- Press “Sign in with Microsoft” and sign in with your work account.
- Microsoft asks whether Aston Link may send email as you and read your mail: press Accept.
- If Microsoft says you need admin approval, send your IT admin this page. They open the Microsoft Entra admin center → Enterprise applications → Aston Link → Permissions, and press “Grant admin consent”.
- Press “Sign in with Microsoft” again in Aston Link. You're connected.
