    Aston Link searches for matching businesses, reads each company's website, scores how good a fit it is and finds its published email address.

    A personal first email for each company, based on what it read. Chinese-speaking businesses get one bilingual email, in English and Chinese.

Questions

Will my emails end up in spam?

They're sent like a person would send them: from your own business mailbox, one at a time within your send window (by default 5 a day, on weekday mornings), each written for that company. Before the first email, Aston Link checks your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Each company is emailed once: no mass mailings.

Do I need my own sending email?

Yes, and almost any mailbox works: Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook / Hotmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud, QQ, 163 or your company's own domain mailbox. Microsoft mailboxes connect with one click; Gmail takes about 2 minutes with an app password for now; company mailboxes use their usual login. Personal addresses start at 20 emails a day and can go up to 50 after 14 days of healthy sending. The Help centre has a step-by-step guide for each, and we'll set it up with you for free if you like.

How soon will I see results?

Right after sign-up, the free "Find 5 potential customers" search lists five good-fit companies and a sample email in a minute or two. After that, searches run on your schedule (by default every 30 minutes on weekdays) and drafts appear for approval as companies are researched. Replies depend on your offer and market.

How do I choose areas and industries?

Create a target market: pick GTA areas or a radius, list the kinds of businesses you sell to (for example "restaurant" or "auto repair shop") and a company size. Or describe your ideal customer and let the AI suggest them. You can have several target markets.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and your prepaid balance stays in your account.

Do I get invoices with HST?

Yes. Every payment has a numbered invoice with your business name and address and HST shown separately. You get it by email as a PDF, and all invoices are under Billing › Invoices.
