Connect Google Workspace
The same as Gmail: an app password for Aston Link. If Google says app passwords aren't available, your Workspace admin must allow 2-Step Verification first.
Steps
- Turn on 2-Step Verification for your work account.
- Open App passwords, name it “Aston Link” and press Create.
- Copy the 16-letter password.
- Paste it into Aston Link and press Connect.
- For admins: if App passwords is missing, allow 2-Step Verification in the Google Admin console (Security → 2-Step Verification).
